Challenge Center

Provides affordable long-term physical rehabilitation to those who survived catastrophic injury or illnesses by delivering quality clinical services on an income-based, sliding fee scale, offering vital options for care.

St. Paul’s PACE provides coordinated medical and social services to seniors in San Diego County who wish to continue living in their own home despite chronic health needs.
